"Hoi Polloi". Pencil crayon (or coloured pencil ... or colored pencil if you're American) on paper. Similar to the skulls from the sketchbook but not as many secret surprises. Just one, really. One of the blobs is in the process of splitting. Fun times.

Sketchbook Fun!

Here's a little fun thing from my sketchbook. Yes, sometimes I do something OTHER than paint. There are a few fun things in the drawing: Hitler, the letter Q, Waldo, etc. Wait, that is not to say that Hitler is fun, but it's a cartoon Hitler skull and it might be fun to look for it. Oh never mind. Hitler was awful and I should never have drawn him even in skull form. Oh please forgive me, everybody!

Here's painting number two for my nieces in Halifax. I believe that the common "red" rose grows in nations other than Canada. I could be mistaken.

Two Paintings Are Better Than One

I have decided to donate two, count 'em, two paintings for Camp Day. I did this nice one of tulips from our front yard. Courtney will hate me for giving this one away but it's for a good (enough) cause!

Painting for Tim Horton's Camp Day?

I offered to do a painting to be raffled off for "Camp Day" at Timmie's. This is my second attempt at a seagull. Is it good enough for charity? I'll have to stew on it a bit. Kind of pretty, anyhow.
